Hamilton & Jacobs Hamilton & Jacobs Appraisals - Honesty, Integrity & Quality Since 1924

Our proposals for real estate appraisal or consulting services are handled on a case by case basis.  Each potential assignment is carefully considered to ensure that we understand the needs of the prospective client and customize our services to fulfill those requirements.  Our goal is to provide exactly the services you require in a timely, professional and quality-oriented manner.

All of our professional services meet or exceed the minimum requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation, as required by Florida law.  In addition, our analyses, opinions, and conclusions are developed, and our oral and written reports are prepared, in conformity with the requirements of the Code of Professional Ethics and the Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute, which include the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.  This requires a higher level of performance and ethics than that required by the State for state certified appraisers.

To begin the process of obtaining a proposal for professional services, you may email your appraisal related information we will need to consider, such as:
  • Identification of the property (address, location, property appraiser’s identification number, official records book reference to recorded deed, property ownership or other identifying information);
  • Purpose and use for which you are seeking our professional services;
  • Identification of the intended users of the report;
  • Other information relating to the property and the scope of services you desire;
  • What information you have available for our use, such as surveys, legal descriptions, site and building plans, income and expense history, leases, contracts for sale or purchase and other property related information;
  • If you are familiar with appraisal services, you might identify  the reporting option (Summary, the most common; Self Contained or Restricted Use); and,
  • Your required delivery date.
Or you may contact us by one of the methods listed on out contact page.
